01

The challenge

Property inquiries need more context than a name and a phone number. The bot must collect a customer’s preferred language, selected development, room interest, contact details, and optional comment, while giving sales staff one place to follow up and maintain project content.

02

The solution

The TypeScript bot uses grammY for Uzbek and Russian conversations, language selection, contact sharing, project menus, room selection, and confirmed lead submission. A Next.js admin app manages projects, optional image/video/PDF media, room choices, contacts, locations, and bot settings. Leads can be searched, filtered, paginated, and moved between New, Contacted, and Closed states. Prisma and PostgreSQL connect bot and admin data, while Super Admin and Sales Manager roles separate administrative and sales access.

03

The outcome

The project connects the customer conversation with a structured follow-up workspace. A lead retains its source, selected property project, room interest, Telegram contact, additional phone number, and comment. The admin interface also exposes overall lead counts and active-project totals. The gallery uses source-based previews with demonstration records; these figures are illustrative, not production performance metrics.
