The challenge
Guests need a fast menu without installing an app, while restaurant teams need reliable control over dishes, availability, tables, and orders. A multi-restaurant service also needs separate access for owners, waiters, and platform administrators.
The solution
The platform uses Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL to connect a three-language guest menu with restaurant and super-admin workspaces. Guests browse categories and dishes through a QR link; ordering can be enabled per restaurant. Restaurant teams manage menus, branches, tables, staff, order statuses, and analytics. Branding includes five themes and printable QR posters, while platform tools manage restaurant access, subscription records, enquiries, and audit history.
The outcome
One product connects the guest-facing menu with day-to-day restaurant management and platform administration. Menu changes can be published without reprinting a paper menu. The linked Osh Markazi demo currently runs in view-only mode; ordering and waiter workflows are implemented and controlled by restaurant settings. Screenshots illustrate the product interface rather than measured business results.
